This class is designed for new or inexperienced skaters who need support to build confidence on the ice.

Session Overview

• Target Group:
  
  • Skaters needing help to stand and move.
    
  • May use a balance bar or require extra attention for comfort on the ice.
    
• Skills Taught:
  
  • Fall safely and get up unassisted.
    
  • Walk on skates unassisted.
    
• Eligibility:
  
  • Open to new or inexperienced skaters.

Equipment Requirements

• Helmet with full face cage
  
• Hockey skates
  

Age Requirement

• Birthday Range: April 1, 2019, to April 16, 2022
  
  • (Ages approximately 2 years 10 months to 5 years 11 months as of March 2025)

• Pre-Registration:
  
  • When: Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 8:00 AM to Thursday, March 20, 2025, 8:00 AM
    
  • Who: Reserved for currently enrolled Winter 2025 participants
    
• Regular Registration:
  
  • When: Opens Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 8:00 AM
    
  • Who: Open to all other customers
